Combobox Items from Teams members

I have an edit/new form with a couple of combo boxes where I need to populate with the members of a Teams channel. I have the GroupID and ChannelID. I have not been successful at getting the (private) channel members as search/choice items in my combo box.

Is it possible to get just the members of a Teams private channel as combo box items?

Hi okiearcher

This will get the members of a Group/Team as the Items of a Combo Box (using the Group Id)
Office365Groups.ListGroupMembers("xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx").value

and then displaying the displayName

Thanks Warren.

That does get the members of the Team. What I am really after is to limit the combobox items to the members of a private channel within the team.

Is that possible?

Cannot be done to my knowledge - I had a similar request a while back and could not achieve it.

That's the roadblock I ran into. But, thank you for taking the time to try and help.

It would be all too handy to have some sort of tag associated with the users in the private channel that could be used to filter the list of Team members.

I resorted to adding the names I want in the combobox to a Sharepoint list.
