Beginner to Power Automate Disclaimer!

I am creating a "Recurrence" flow that will email the person or persons assigned an item who have an item with a status of "pending review". I used Youtube and got to this point:

For some reason within the dynamic content of the "send an email" function, I am unable to find the email field associated to the Person or Group field.

Can someone help me with this, as I said above, I am new to this.
