From has started listing shared mailbox rather than sender

First post, about my first flow so apologies if it turns out this is an outlook config. I have a shared mailbox that people send emails from and we use a flow that triggers every time a new item goes into the shared sent items folder. It logs all the details of the email including the sender into an excel file.

On the email itself it always show the mail as coming from sharedmailbox@example.com but in the spreadsheet where it logs the details it shows as bob.smith@example.com or wendy.jones@example.com

This has been running fine for 4 months but over the last 2 days I have watched as all users emails stopped showing from their email address and started showing from sharedmailbox@example.com . Nothing has changed on the flow itself so not sure if there was a change to flow in general, or possibly an outlook update.

Anyone come across this before or able to offer a workaround, as I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

Many thanks.

I haven't seen this in particular, but I wouldn't be surprised that it works this way.  MS frequently rolls out changes and fixes to the actions in Power Automate.  I suspect this is the result of such a change.  I'm not sure how you'll be able to pick up the original sender if sending from a shared mailbox.

Thanks for the help. I suspected it could be something like that. I have just had to change it so I capture the entire email body and extract the names out of the signature. Far more complicated and less accurate (as it relies on certain format elements being consistent), but it mostly gets the job done.
