Hello all,
If in my company we have a secondary email for a group of users, can I create a flow that sends information from P. Automate and have the email sent from this secondary account? Would each of the users have to have some type of access, or is it enough that the flow is mine and I have access to this secondary account so that someone who completes the data in the P. Apps can send the email without problems?.
Thanks,
Hi Francisco,
Yes you can use Power Automate to have the email action send as another account or shared mailbox and the users that cause the flow to run do not need to have access to that mailbox or account.
There are a few ways you can do this and they depend on if this is an actual account or just a mailbox. If it is a shared mailbox you can use the send mail as a shared mailbox action. If it is an account you can use the send an email v2 action and change the connection it runs under to the other account by clicking on the ellipsis on the top right of the action then on new connection and sign in as that other account.
