The last step in our flow sends an email. This has been working for over a year.
Today I notice that it is failing with an unauthorized error.
I have tried creating a new connection
Checked all data connections and all show that they are connected
Completely recreated the mail action after deleting and saving the flow
Flow runs without send email but fails as soon as I add it.
If you aren't using your own credentials for the connection used with the send email action, has the account been disabled or had it's licenses removed?
If you are sending from a shared mailbox, can you check to see that the account used for the connection still has permissions to send from the shared mailbox?
