I don't know what this means. Could you elaborate? Do you mean to ask how can you run desktop flow from a cloud flow?
You need premium license ($15/month) to run Desktop flows from cloud attended (you are signed in while the flow will take over the machine and do the work).
For Unattended you need Power Automate Process -license which is $150/month
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/products/power-automate/pricing

Then for unattended flows you also need a machine where the flow will run unattended so you would usually set up a virtual machine for that.

If you have the licenses and machine already then in the machine you want to run the flow unattended:
    -open Power Automate Desktop
    -Go to Machine settings:

-Choose the right environment where you will have the cloud flow and the Power Automate Process -license

Then in make.powerautoamte.com in Machines page you should see the machine (this is just to check that the machine got connected to the cloud power platform)

Then go to you cloud flow which you want to trigger the desktop flow. Add "Run a flow built with Power Automate for desktop" -action to the flow and give the credentials for the machine. Then choose Unattended mode and the correct desktop flow and run the flow. Make sure the machine is signed out but not turned off when running flows unattended.
