SharePoint Screen Gallery in Power Apps ("Retrieving info" error?)

I´m building an app that work with a SharePoint List (with nearly 2000 elements). In this app there is a screen that show a gallery with that elements.

 

Sometimes when I access this screen appears a message that say something like "retrieving data" (after some time It dont bring any info). I must return to the previous screen and then return to the screen with the gallery. 

 

I think it can be probably the delay (and the internet connection) that takes de app in retrieving the info. But i need to know if it can be something else.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    If it works sometimes, it is most probably your internet connection speed.

    Depending on your needs, if you will always have less than 2000 items, or only need less than this in the Gallery and can filter with a Text or Numeric (except ID) field, then you could filter these into a Collection before you enter the screen and then they will display very quickly in the gallery.
