Setting up booking system using MS Flow

Hi, I’d like to set up a booking system using MS Flow but I’m not sure how to do this:

1. User indicate the date and time to book an appointment with my team in MS Forms.

2. Check availability of the team on the specified date and time.

3. If there are no clashes, a meeting invite is sent to the user preferably with details of meeting on MS Teams.

4. If there are clashes, an email is sent to the user to fill up the form again.

I’m hoping to achieve somewhat like what I can do on Calendly or Ms Bookings.

Is it possible to do this via Flow? If so what would be the steps to set this up?

Thank you in advance!

Siti

    Hi @Anonymous ,

As I went through the below-mentioned requirement.
I will suggest you below approach as per my understanding.

Step 1. Go to Flow Portal and Select the Template Tab from the left menu. and Search/Select the below template in the screenshot.

Step 2: create the Microsoft form as per your requirement.
Step 3: And Modify the Flow as Per your requirement.

like you can implement your requirement.
Note - To find the selected Date and Time enter by User already present in the calendar or not.
for that requirement, you can use the below action.  and implement the condition and sent mail based on condition.
