Appending Power BI Data to an existing SharePoint List

I have an existing SharePoint list and I need to append data from Power BI. I need to run it weekly.

I would like to know how to do that. I am seeing a way to create a new file but haven't found a way to append to the existing List

Please help.

@topazz11 What exactly do you mean by "Appending to a SharePoint list"? If you're referring to adding additional items to the list, you can achieve that using the "Create Item" action. This allows you to iterate through your Power BI dataset and seamlessly insert new items into the SharePoint list.

I think you are right. I wanted to add a new data each week after the previous data....

Also how do I add a exported date column with the new appended data?

    • Set up a recurrence trigger for your flow to run weekly, ensuring consistency in updating your list.

    • Utilize a loop to iterate through your Power BI Dataset, extracting relevant information to create items within your SharePoint list.

    • When creating each item, ensure to include the current timestamp using the utcNow() expression in the "Exported Date" column. This will accurately record the time of export for each entry.
