Get label name from planner task into sharepoint list with automate?

Hi, 

I have a flow set up that creates a new SharePoint list item when a task is created in Planner. Currently the item in SharePoint only shows that "yes" the task includes a label. I would like to show the label name in the SharePoint list, can this be done?
