Hi,I'm recently experiencing this error with a Flow
It relates to a MS Form submission.Any ideas as it only started failing in the last few weeks. Was fine before
I'm also all of a sudden also getting this error. I've had the flow work for over a year until this week. Any ideas?
Hi @gkbradshaw It had something to do with the connection account for the Flow. We had recently changed our email domain name so I had to add the new domain account in.Also had to share the MS form with that account. Hope this assists??
@ClarkyPA365 We figured out our issue later in the day. It turns out that Microsoft Forms was actually down at the time. I was clued in first by the fact that I couldn't access the form any longer through the Forms webpage but I could still access the form via Teams. The form was submitted via Teams during the Forms outage, but whatever was going on caused the error to occur. The issue was resolved once Forms came back online.
