Hi,

I'm currently using Power Automate Desktop and created a couple of flows. Looks like these flows are saving to OneDrive account. Any way for me to have these flows run automatically once a week on a schedule?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Peter13

It will need to be done from the Cloud Flows.

This video will show about how to go with it.

If you need more info on the Gateway setup below video will help you achieve that.

Thanks, VJR. Yes, I have watched and read the instructions to launch the schedule through Cloud Flows. Unfortunately the links you've provided don't answer my question as they already have desktop flows showing up in their cloud account. My desktop flows don't show up on my cloud account. Instead, they are saved to One Drive. Can you please provide some guidance on how I can get my desktop flows from OneDrive to show up on my cloud flows account.DesktopFlow.JPGflow.JPG

    Hello @Peter13

Are you using the same account for both the flows? Check the one at the top right hand corner in PAD and the same should also be in the Cloud flows.

They are the same. I'm using my @yahoo.com email.

    Hi @Peter13

Refer this link Power Automate Desktop March 2021 updates | Power Automate Blog (microsoft.com)

    • Microsoft account users are able to download and sign in to Power Automate Desktop. In this scenario, the desktop flows are automatically stored on their personal OneDrive.
    • Work or school account users are also able to download and sign in to Power Automate Desktop, even without a license. In this case, the desktop flows are stored in the Dataverse database of their organization’s default environment.

So I suppose the issue is happening because you are using a personal account.

That was the confusion for me. Thanks for clearing it up.

We can now schedule Power Automate for desktop flows directly from the local machine leveraging Window's Task Scheduler application. You can find more information here.
