Invalid operation path input value - Create file in sharepoint

Hi,

 

So I have the following showing up once a flow is saved, when I edit it normal parameters are there, but once it runs it changes to the picture attached, any ideas?

    @Sighman just check value of site url and folder name, it should be a valid path, if you have the values verify the url by navigating to the path or just the hit url in the browser if it opens your library then it will work with flow as well

    that screen shot above IS the edit screen....can't change anything and yes its valid as generated

    So My flow keep putting this in there:

    This is the edit screen, I delete it, recreate that action and it works, few days later the above reappears, the fields to edit are not there like this:

    Can anyone explain this ?
