Virtual Agent Flow Error

Hello, I have recently set up a Virtual Agent, and at the end of the "error" topic, I would like it to post a report of the error in a Teams chat so that an agent can solve the issue and call the customer back. However, after creating the Flow in Solutions and adding it to my Virtual Agent's Topic, I get the following error when running:

Error Message: The flow ‘ErrorBotFlow’ failed to run with response code ‘BadRequest’, error code: NotSpecified. Error Code: FlowActionBadRequest Conversation Id: CnUG3ggxWRcISo4sUC5cjN-us Time (UTC): 2023-03-06 12:58:29Z

Does anyone know why I am getting this error and how to solve it? Any help is much appreciated.

I also get a similar error and cannot figure out where it is coming from. The flow works fine, but in the end I am getting this error. @CSilva did you solve this eventually?

I'm also getting this same error whenever I try to call MS Power Automate flow from MS Copilot Studio Topics. It worked initially but later, it started giving me this error, and wasn't able to figure out why. Also, I looked at the logs and recent run history in Power Automate but I didn't receive any flow request in recent runs. Not able to figure out why this error is appearing there. Also, I tested the flow by calling directly from Powe Automate dashboard and it is working fine.

I am also getting same error.

I want to get username in power automate flow. When i run the power automate flow it working, but if i run the flow through copilot studio, I am getting error. please any one help me to solve the issue.
