Entity name/Attributes not auto populating in flow

Hello Experts,

 

I'm new to the flows, when I try to create, Entity name and attributes are not auto populating as you can see in the below Image,

Can anyone please help me out what I'm missing here?

 

Note: I've tried the same in online trial Environment. It is working fine. Problem is with one my client online instance.

    Hi @Praveenpk365 

     

    Can you confirm if you have access to connect to the data and create flows in that environemnt? 

     

    Ensure -> The flow environemnt and the environment you are chossing on the Dynamics action are same. 

     

    Can you try using the CDS connector, (Instead of List Records from Dynamics connector, List Records from CDS connector)

     

    Are you able to select the environemnt in the Organisation option or are you entering the value for that?
