I would like to return a list in a message in Teams PVA and have those items be clickable to PDF articles.
You can also do it without calling an action.
I played around a bit and if you simply show a message then when you want to put your link in just open a "(" and paste your link. It should appear automatically in there with the name of the place it is saved.
ie. OneDrive folder or channel tab etc
You can then retype whatever you want your link to be called.

@Pstork1 I used the markdown and got the hyperlink but its the same hyperlink for each item. Got any flows showing how to put a unique link for each item?
