Adding row anonymously to Dataverse using Power Apps form

Hello!

I'm trying to create a form for a monthly employee feedback survey. One key feature of the app needs to be that all answers to the survey are completely anonymous. Problem is that all Dataverse tables have a Created By and Modified By columns that can't be deleted, breaking the need for anonymity as by default the user's information will be submitted to these columns once the Power Apps form is submitted. Is there a way to manipulate these values so that the Power Apps form submits for example blank or manually set default values to the columns?

    If you write it with Power Automate, you can configure Run Only Users to use a different connection.
