Approval trigger, can dropdown list add to re-assigned?

Hi, 

What I'm trying to do is on Approval trigger as there is Approve/Reject. Which I need add reassignment as it does work but I would like to add dropdown list of selected user that Approver can decide which user when select re-assigned. 

Can anyone help with guidance?
