How to use data driven alert from power bi to send to a certain email?

I am trying to use the flow "send an email to any audience when a power bi data alert is triggered. However, I want to use it to grab the email from the alert and send it to that specific person.

example: A sales guy hits his goal for the month and I want the flow to grab his email and send him an email. How would i do this? I know i have to create a calculated column but then how would i make the flow grab his email from that calculated column and send him a pre-created messaged like "congratulations on hitting your goal for the month"

    Hi,

You want to have the Power BI be the trigger and then you want to grab an email that it sends out? I don't believe this is possible. The only way I can think to get this to work would be to have it trigger off of the email being received but unless the email was sent to a shared mailbox then a new flow would need to be made for each person. I think the best way forward on this would be to completely skip trying to capture the Power BI email and draft your own up in Power Automate. If any other communities members have any ideas on how to implement something that the customer is trying to do feel free to chime in.

    Regards,

    Alex
