Form Network error when using the Patch functionfined

I would like to ask for your utmost kindness. Well,

I'm making a form to send data to Excel.

My database is Excel in OneDrive ( Table name : Quality_List ) , At first after alreadt make form I could SubmitForm normally,

but after a while, when I pressed SubmitForm, it gave a notification that "Network error when using the Patch function: The requested resource has been blocked." Where do I go to check or how can I fix it? I've been confused for a week now. Please help me.

    Excel as a data source has one big flow: the file can't be opened when a user Patch/updates data using Power Apps or Power Automate. When someone in your team or any user has it open, that's the error they will see.

     

    Close all instance of the File and then use the Patch it should work.
