Hi,

I need to create a flow that every time a line created in my Microsoft List Flow must do:

Look at the columns A B C D E F G H J K L M N O P Q (which are selection columns and their values are A1 A2 ...) and look for which item selected eg. If A1 is selected It must write an X in the box near the A1 if A2 is selected it must write an X near the A2.

To confirm, you have a list and in the list when you select any item, from column A , look for the same value in excel if found, type X in checkbox near to it.

    Hope i am right

    Hi @crAK

Well, i found one limitation, excel action in power automate cloud requires table inside the excel which this excel sheet doesn't have

It is an hackathon project so I don't have access to documentation who made this or how it is made.

This is quite challenging. There is no way to populate a certain value to a targeted cells using power automate.

For the first part - Since the results seems to be a single selection you can create an additional calculated column for every possible answer. If(right(left(response value, 2),1) = 1, 'x', '') for A1 to be marked X, and A2, and A3 to be blank.

This will give you a ready to use dataset to populate cells.

But populating cells can be possible only using VBA script I am afraid.
