Differences in control size scaling between real device and configured app size

Hello, people!

Since last week, I got a new PowerApps App Studio update that lets me preview how the app looks on different devices. Long after noticing that the preview for the Galaxy Tab Active3 shows that my controls were sized too big for that device, I took the hurdle of shrinking the app size to the 1280 x 800 from the preview feature for that device and re-adjusting the size of the controls and their labels, icons, etc. within.

However, when I tested the app out on a real Galaxy Tab Active3 through the PowerApps app for Android, I noticed that the controls are still slightly larger than what the App Studio shows me. No matter how much I adjust the device's font size and screen zoom, the scaling of my app doesn't change, either.

Has anyone experienced this disparity? What can I do to work around this issue?

Sorry to hear you're running into issues with the new device switcher!
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of how the app looks with the Galaxy Tab preview via the device switcher and another screenshot of how the app actually looks on the actual Galaxy Tab device?
Also, would you be willing to share a session id from the session where you grab the device switcher screenshot (directions here)?

You probably already did this, but just to confirm: did you publish the app after making the changes to fonts and control sizes?
