    Hi @Zohaib1999

Does email receives in the shared mailbox? If that is the case, then you need to change the trigger to "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)". Set the email address of the shared email box in the input:

To move email, you need to set the email address of the shared mailbox in 'Original Mailbox Address' parameter:

Note: You should have sufficient permission to access shared mailbox.

The Mail arrives in the main account which is not shared. Then should be moved into the shared mailbox..

Pls try "Move email" action as mentioned in my previous reply.

You cannot move a message from a personal mailbox to a shared mailbox. That's by design.

    Try to forward a message.
