I have create a Power Automate flow that works on a Sharepoint List for approvals.

I have a PowerApp that is connected to this list, I would like to integrate the flow into the PowerApp so users can work from there without going to the Sharepoint list.

Is there a way of doing this?

It is the Changenote approval flow.

The flow comes as a form on the Sharepoint list, I would like this as a popup in my PowerApp.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    HI @wardpaul ,

To integrate your Power Automate flow into a PowerApps application and enable it as a popup form for approvals directly within the app, use this

Place a button in your PowerApp where you want users to initiate the approval process. In Power Automate, edit your existing flow to allow it to be triggered from PowerApps. Use the "PowerApps" trigger to start your flow.

Use the PowerApps.Run() function within the button’s OnSelect property in PowerApps to trigger the flow. Pass any required parameters from the PowerApp to the flow. In PowerApps, design a popup form using a group of controls and a form container. Set its visibility based on a variable that toggles when the button is clicked.

Optionally, configure the flow to send back approval results to the PowerApp, which you can display or use within the app.

Please mark as solution if it helps.

    Thanks,

Thank you Sandeep for getting back to me.

There is a form that is created in the flow image three, would I be able to get these parameters across to the Powerapp popup as these are required for the flow to work?
