Hello. I am trying to make a Flow that creates an event in a SharePoint events list based on a calendar invitation sent to a specified e-mail box/account. To elaborate:
1. I will create an O365 account that's only purpose is to receive meeting invitations sent from our Marketing department for proposal scheduling. They create a meeting in Outlook, set the time and date and invite one or two employees to it and also invite this particular account.
2. Anytime this account receives a meeting invitation, it creates an event in a SharePoint events list.
3. I have a SharePoint events list webpart on the Marketing Department Hub site to show upcoming events on the proposal schedule.
I'm also open to other ideas if I'm not going about this the right way. Ultimately what I want is a nice clean way to see upcoming proposal schedule events on the Marketing SharePoint site. I have tried posting the department's group calendar but every time someone adds anything to this calendar, everyone in the department gets meeting invites to it and they want to avoid that.
