I know we can design workflows in Microsoft Visio and then export it to the Microsoft Power Automate.

Is thera any other ways to design workflows outside of Microsoft Power Automate?
For example, it is designed in the .Net application using BPMN manner.
Even flows designed using Visio will need to be finished in the Power Automate design studio. So there really is no way to design Power Automate flows outside of Power Automate.
