Flow to send email with attachment from Sharepoint folder

Hi,

I am looking for suggestion on how do we create a flow to send an email with attachment from Sharepoint folder.

My sharepoint folder structure is something like below and each Proj folder contains 2 files and this would be sent to respective project owners. ProjectName and Owner mapping maintained in the excel to loop through all projects.

Can we configure or initialize the variable for which month report should be sent before triggering the flow ?

Project Reports

      Jan 2024

           Proj1 - (2 pptx files)

           Proj2

           Proj3

      Feb 2024

          ......

      Mar 2024

          .........

    Hi @manojkulkarni  ,

If you want to send email for existing files (meaning no email will be sent on new file creation) then you can use the Get Files action and get the FolderName the file is located in.

Once you have the ProjectName(folder name is named with Project Name is what I see from the above file structure that you have shared) you can filter the associated Project Owner using Filter array action(by reading data from you mapping excel sheet).

If this helps , please give this a thumbs up and mark this as a solution.

    Thanks

    Sanmesh
