I have set up a flow that worked for weeks and then someone opened it and now I do face an issue.
The Flow is supposed to extract the body of an email and then write it into an excel list.
What the flow now is doing is that is has coding in between the words.
So instead of the text like:

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
hiermit erhalten Sie die Rechnung MG_1159750_2023_4_16
20.04.2023 zurück. Die Rechnung kann in unserem System nicht
gebucht werden.
Gründe sind:"
Now it looks like this:

The flow is setup as the following:
- when a new mail arrives in a shared mailbox (with predefined subject)
- initialise variable (Name: Email Body; Type: String; Value: EmailBody)
- Initialiase variable 2 (Name: EmailStep1, Type: String; Value: last(split(variables('EmailBody'),'freundlichen:')) )
- Initialise variable 3 (Name: EmailStep2; Type: String; Value: first(split(variables('EmailStep1'),'Bitte')) )
- Add row to excel
Any ideas?
