Hello All,

 

Can someone please help me out. I am stuck with this error from couple pf days while invoking AI builder from power automate desktop.My AI builder flow runs successfully when i run in the cloud. But when i use it from Power Automate Desktop, I am getting this error . I am new to Power Automate and still exploring this platform.Please note I am trying to extract the information from a unstructured document which is in pdf format using AI builder .     Hi @Rahul_skl 

     

    You need to first save the file in OneDrive file folder from desktop flow. Once it is saved then you need to pass the relative file path (relative to OneDrive root folder) of that file in the body of invoke web service action. If you are creating files in desktop flow, then it takes time to sync in cloud. I would suggest to use "Find files in folder" action to search for a file with some delay in do while loop inside cloud flow.

    Dear Manish, Thanks for reaching me out. I followed the steps which you mentioned, but now i am unable to read the files (invoices) inside the one drive folder.I sent you  a personal message. I hope you get chance to look into the error in more details. Please find the attached screenshot of flows and i used both the variable ProjectPath as well as Invoices under the query in Find Files in Folder for one drive business Action but still cant read or naviagate to the invoices so that further operation i.e AI builder will work upon them. Could you please help me out and let me know where i am doing wrong and how to fix it.MS1.PNGMS2.PNGMS3.PNG
