Hi.  I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to accomplish this.  I built an asset tracking app.  It records data sort of like this.

IDProgramAsset TypeBarcodeStatus
1LettuceKnife000001Checked out
2LettuceKnife000001Returned
3LettuceKnife000001Checked out
4LettuceKnife000001Returned
5LettuceSpoon000002Checked Out
6OrangeFork000003Checked out

I want to create a gallery that shows how many of each assets is out.  However, I only care about the last entry for each barcode.  I had it filtered to only show checked out assets and grouped it by program.  However, the count of knives for the program would be 2 under that criteria when I only want the last entry which would make it 0.  Any ideas?

    Hi @dyee4614 ,

    If this is a SharePoint data source, simply sort by Modified, Descending,

    If you want only the first record in your gallery use

    FirstN(
     Sort(
     YourListName,
     Modified,
     Descending
     )
    )
