Hi. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to accomplish this. I built an asset tracking app. It records data sort of like this.
| ID | Program | Asset Type | Barcode | Status |
| 1 | Lettuce | Knife | 000001 | Checked out |
| 2 | Lettuce | Knife | 000001 | Returned |
| 3 | Lettuce | Knife | 000001 | Checked out |
| 4 | Lettuce | Knife | 000001 | Returned |
| 5 | Lettuce | Spoon | 000002 | Checked Out |
| 6 | Orange | Fork | 000003 | Checked out |
I want to create a gallery that shows how many of each assets is out. However, I only care about the last entry for each barcode. I had it filtered to only show checked out assets and grouped it by program. However, the count of knives for the program would be 2 under that criteria when I only want the last entry which would make it 0. Any ideas?
