Approve a Microsoft Forms response to add a row to an Excel spreadsheet and a planner task

HI,

I'm using the predefined flow "Approve a Microsoft Forms response to add a row to an Excel spreadsheet" which work fine but i like to add a planner task after the excel has been created. When I add that to the flow it stops working.

Besides the orginal flow i've added thos info(in swedish, let me know if you need any translation.)

What can be wrong here?

From the screenshots you provided, there is no problem.
Could you show the screenshot of your flow ?
Could you show the screenshot of the error?

When I try to test the Flow it just stops here.

Hi @Patrik_O ,
Judging from your flow, there is no problem.

If you need to test your flow, you need to submit a form in form to trigger the flow.

There is another approval later, you also need to reply in the email before proceeding

Hi,

I've continued testing different things here and noticed i had 2 forms with the same name. Changed that and everything working again.
