how to include submitted screen in flow

Hello Everyone,

Is there way to inlcude "submitted form" link by an employee in Microsoft flow. I know we can inlcude links in the flow email trigger. What I am trying to achieve is that when a employee submits a request through form, there should be a link added to a flow which has to be a display form so that manager can review it in a nice powerapps form mode and then provide comments.

The only way right now I am doing it is to add the "link to the item" and then manager can click that and provide comments. But the view looks like a list item rather than actual form look

so any way to include a "Display screen" link or a screen called "review screen" and then allow manager to update/provide comments?

    Hi @rajkumar88 ,

Could you share a screen shot on your current flow?

Do you want to send out an approval flow when a form submitted, and include the submitted responses in the email body?

We could now use Markdown to add rich formatting and tables to your approval requests. Please check the doc on Markdown at here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/approvals-markdown-support

Please take a try with it on your side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Hi,

What I am trying to do is, to include a submitted screen/display screen in the email trigger so that when a manager clicks that, it will open in a form mode. I don’t want to add it as an email body text in it.

Once manager clicks the link and opens up the ready only mode screen, he/she should be able to click on each pending line item and provide comments directly on that form only.

    Hi @rajkumar88,

    Thanks for updating.

But I am afraid that there is no “Display screen” link or a screen called “review screen” that could be used in Flow.

I suppose it is a good addition for Flow. Please feel free submit your idea on Flow Ideas Forum so that it could be taken into consideration in future releases:

    Best regards,

    Mabel
