Duplicated Opportunity Lines Created When Using Flow to Create Opp Line at New Opportunity Creation

Hi everyone,

I need some help...

I am a new Flow admin and I am trying to use Flow to create an Opportunity Line whenever a new Opportunity is created. However, I am getting duplicated records (3 Opportunity Lines get created per Opportunity). Are there any particular configurations that I am not aware of??

BTW our organization has 4 different Opportunity Types. We have built java script to launch a different Business Process Flow per Opportunity Type. Do you think it has something to do with this?

I really appreciate any help I can get!

Hi @v-yuazh-msft, for sure I can include a screen shot, thanks so much for looking into this! Sorry had to include 3 separate screen shots as the flow screen is so long! I tried combining them into 1 photo the the resolution is too low... hope this helps! Really appreciate it.

Have you check if you have any other flow that has the same configuration to create a new record when a record is created?

Thanks for checking.
Yup I've trippled checked and no, there are no other Flow or workflows similar to this config creating new records.
The only costimization in the Opportunity form is that we have a java scrip setup at Opportunity record create, to load the desired business process flow according to the Opportunity Type (field with option sets) selected. Do you think this could have anything to do with multiple records being created?
