Hi all
My org wants to be able to extract data from an MS Form into our ICT support desk (I'm new and not on the tech side). Its come about that there isn't a great deal of 365 experience in the org and whilst i have some, this isnt something I've come accross before.
The form has approx 8-10 questions including file upload for screenshots and the ideal would be that the response to the first question became the title of the new helpdesk request.
