I’m facing an issue with token exchange that returns the following error:
Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and Office365 is in the block list. I have already attempted the following:
- Refreshed the connections
- Created new connections
However, the issue persists.
Additionally, I’ve opened a support ticket with Microsoft, but I have been waiting for an answer for over two weeks without any progress. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
