Hi,

I am getting stuck at the very first step of making the connection. After I click on sign in (to connect to MS Forms), I get this error:

dremt_0-1691848413117.png

Failed to create connection for connection id '/providers/Microsoft.PowerApps/apis/shared_microsoftforms/connections/shared-microsoftform-ff2d9131-d45f-4965-b87e-2a01d7753ecb'. The environment data loss prevention policies for environment: 'd00a960f-a2d7-ec48-ab93-b3fac269ae47' could not be found.

I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Andre

Yeah, getting this in Outlook.com connector as well. Wondering if the service is down right now. 😞

Thanks @riatheone.  So, you used to be able to connect to the Outlook connector before? and the same error happened to you recently? Are you also a Microsoft 365 Personal user? I am still getting the same error until today...

@dremt - It seems that you have a DLP policy in place. Can you please check with your Admin...

DLP provides the ability to block connectors by using a three-way classification—BusinessNon-Business, and Blocked—in addition to DLP policy UI support in the Power Platform admin center is now generally available.

    Hi CFernandes,

    Thank you for kindly assisting.

Re: "Can you please check with your Admin..."

I guess I am the admin, since I have a Microsoft 365 Personal account and I am the only user on my subscription. I tried accessing the Power Apps admin centre, which you referred to, but it says I need an work or school account to log in.

Is there any way to solve this without access to admin centre? I practically can't connect to any connectors at this point, as I am getting this error for every one.

    Thanks in advance 🙌🏼

    Andre
