SPO connection error "Unable to get property 'location' of undefined or null reference"

I've shared my app with my organisation but several people are getting an error when they attempt to use it.

 

The app is connected to a SharePoint Online list.

Clicking on More reveals:

 

Unable to get property 'location' of undefined or null reference

 

How do I investigate what is going wrong?

    Have you made sure that these users have the proper permission on this list?

    Yes. All users have permission. It's odd that it works for 80% of people.

    I've also tried different browsers.

     

    The errors messages include session id's. How can I use the ID to help with the investigation? How do I determine which 'location' is the source of the issue?
