Hello,

I am trying to automate the process of creating a new guest user and adding him to a certain Azure AD security group using Power Automate. But when the process gets to adding the new guest user, the following error occurs:

The output error message states that "code":"Authorization_RequestDenied","message":"Insufficient privileges to complete the operation." The flow is connected to my MS account and on Azure AD, my account has permissions to add members to groups. Why is the flow ending in an error, when my account should have the permission to add members to Azure AD groups?

Thank you @ekarim2020, my Azure AD group was role-assignable and this was the reason why my flow wasn't allowed to add new users into the group.

Hi @LasseNordqvist ,

Can you please double-check

You have the correct group ID in the "Add user to group" action.

The group is NOT a Mail-Enabled Security groups. This type of group is not supported.
