I am having an issue with when ever I do anything as add, remove or modify the component from the existing or new solution in Model Driven App then it shows the following error 'solutioncomponentrelationshipconfiguration' entity doesn't contain attribute with Name = 'addrelatedcomponents' and NameMapping = 'Platform'.
