Email weekly Power BI goal status to goal owners and/or custom recipients

Hi,

I have a Power BI Scorecard with a goal and multiple subgoals underneath it. Each goal and subgoal has different owners. I would like to send a weekly email to each goal owner with details of just the goals they own.

To attempt this, I started with the flow template "Periodically e-mail a Power BI scorecard status." This uses the "Get multiple goals (Preview)" action to build up a Html table of all goals within the scorecard and send as an email. I thought I might be able to modify it to selectively email specific goals to the corresponding goal owners instead, but I have been unable to figure out how it could be done. I also don't want to have to create a flow for each goal and owner combination as this would be unmanageable and inflexible, so want to send multiple customised emails using a single flow only.

I think to do this it needs "Apply to each" and arrays to build each customised email, but have been unable to figure out how and where these actions might fit into this template, and whether it's even the most suitable template to use.

Thanks for any help!

Hi, I am also trying to do something similar, however I have not yet been successful.  In your note above, you mention you do not want to create a separate flow for each owner.   While this is understandable, I would like to know if you have been successful in creating a flow with a static owner?  I started with the same flow you mentioned above, and I would be satisfied with setting up multiple flows.  I implemented the Apply to Each logic to Retrieve the Goal Owner = Email Address, but I cannot seem to get it to work.  The email sends, but it includes all goals.  image.png
