I have a SharePoint list ready and like to make it into a official form with the fields,
the fields has multiple different type category
Ilike to ask how to create an official form that look like the following with multiple fields like choice, input , allow attachments and hyperlink input
the form also have the border lines.
are these section using gallery for each ?
or just text box?
how to have it divide out width nice as some have one row, two column or three etc.
