Hi ,
I am taking a screen shot on screen and i need to highlight a record with a red box around it and save the file , can anyone help me if this can be done in power automate?

Yes that should be achieveable using Powerautomate Desktop,
You can carry out a recording of the steps just like how you may record Macros in Excel.
