Hello,

Get file conent action is failing with following message

{
"error": {
"innerError": {
"code": "conditionalAccessPolicyEnforced"
},
"code": "accessDenied",
"message": "Due to organizational policies, you can't download these resources from this device."
}
}

But no conditional policies were implemented on flow actions and this issue started recently, Any idea why?

Thanks,

    Hi @ck25415 ,

    Please check the data loss prevention policies of your flow.

    Make sure your flow didn't violate the data loss prevention policies.

    Please take a reference of the Data loss prevention (DLP) policies:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/prevent-data-loss

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/introduction-to-data-groups

    Best Regards,

    Thanks @Brad_Groux , I have checked with my Admin initally. They dont have any policies set for flow or flow actions. I guess this is going to be one of those microsoft support tickets.

    "code": "accessDenied",
    "message": "Due to organizational policies, you can't download these resources from this device."

    Your Office 365 administrators currently have security policies in place that do not allow the file(s) you are trying to access to be accessed from either Flow, or from the device or account you are running Flow from.

    They likely have SecuredOffice 365 with Conditional Access, Microsoft Flow is one of the supported cloud applications for conditional access management. You should speak with your administrators and have them set to allow your account, IP Address, device, subnet or Flow itself.

    If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you.
