I'm creating a flow to get the files in the current folder, but for some reason I get the deleted [~$*.xlsm] files.
The original file of [~$*.xlsm] that is to be retrieved is a file that is not in the folder you want to retrieve.
After deleting, even if you display the hidden file, it will be retrieved even though nothing is displayed.
I would like to know the cause of this and how to deal with it.

Have you tested does it happen only with that one file? Create another test file and see if the "Get files in folder" -action retrieves that file. And then if you delete it does it still return it.

One thing that comes to mind is that have you made sure you are looking into correct folder with the exact path. Sometimes especially with OneDrive you might have your machines folder structures backup in OneDrive. Then you might use the local folder of "Documents" and your PAD to use OneDrives "Documents" folder.

I had that type of issue when I was trying to retrieve files from my Documents folder but I was using OneDrive Documents folder:
    C:\Users\YourUser\OneDrive - Your One Drive\Documents
And my PAD was using my local Documents folder:
    C:\Users\YourUser\Documents
