Unable to answer follow-up questions

Hi, if I pose a question, then ask a follow-up question, it will sometimes act as if it doesn't understand what I asked before. It throws out a random response. How do I work on that.

    For instance, in this example. I asked the chatbot a follow-up question to my query but it did not understand -
