We are using Power Automate like a chat channel

We fill out a form and then the form goes to agent to answer.

Often times, while the agent is replying to the chat - when another comes up they get pushed out of their current chat

and have to scroll around to get back. I get that the new chat is priority, but how can we stay in the chat we are in?
