Power Pages Licensing for Developers

Dear friends,

The Power Pages Site I would like to develop will take more than 60 days to be ready to publish to production and so, the trial period will not be enougth. I would like to know if Is there a free Power Pages Licensing for Developers? If so, how do I active it?

Hi, you can concert your DEV Portal as Production, as long as you are in a Sandbox and using for Development purposes you should be fine.

You still need either a D365 or Power Apps license to develop the portal itself

@OliverRodrigues could you please clarify on your statement "D365 or Power Apps licence to develop" do you mean standalone licence like "power app per user" or "per app" is required for creating a power page site ??

Or User with seeded licensing (like E3 or E5) itself is enough to create/develop a power pages site in an environment. Also does the environment need Dataverse DB for creation of Power Page site?
