I have a list with a custom powerapp form enable,i just want to use this form when the user create a New element (Creation Form), but in editing and Viewing elements i prefer the default sharepoint list form.

However, when i enable the Powerapps form it change all the associated List forms (Creation, Edit, View). is there a way to use for just items creation?

Could you please share more details about your scenario? Do you want to restrict SharePoint list customize form only in New Mode and display default interfaces in Edit and View Mode?

If so, I'm afraid there is no way to achieve your need, since in basic design scenario, these modes are using one Form control in different modes, designers could apply functions like EditForm(Form1) to switch the mode of the Form.

If you want to display different interface for end users, I think below blog would be helped:

In short words, after duplicating the screen, you could set different navigations on the "SharePointIntergration" control's OnNew, OnView and OnEdit properties to navigate to individual screens.
