Exctracting custom info from pdf not working correctly

Hi Guys,

 

i have very strange problem and can't find the solution. In general exctracting information from pdfs works fine for me, but i have problem with one line of text (in every doc. of this type). As you can see in the attachment, AI Builder reads this line as a random string value.

    Hi @Pedro1989 

     

    What you can try is to print the original PDF (in every doc. of this type) as a new PDF and see if you have a better result ?
