Quiz app save progress

I am building more of a quiz application on Power Apps. One of the Requirements is to save the progress of how far the User has got. This means the user should be able to log in and go back to the last place content or Questions they were on. I am looking for ideas on how to do this. Please assist. Thanks

    How is your Contetn or your Questions stored. 
    Eg Sharepoint 

     

    Make a datasource with the saves and store fr example the ID the user last answered. EG: Question 50 . After that you return to the Question with the ID you store and add 1.
